The old Quarter of Strasbourg is lovely, and the Hotel is very well placed in that respect. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Given that this is a 'budget' Hotel it was excellent value.

We stayed at Ibis Strasbourg for one night before heading to Switzerland. Since we stayed in several hotels during our trip, we had a good basis for comparison. The hotel was cost-efficient. We booked two separate rooms next to each other, which were okay—clean and suitable for a short stay. Parking was not available at the hotel, but there were alternatives nearby.

Stayed here for one night to visit the Christmas Market in Strasbourg. The room is very basic. Yes, the price is high for this hotel, but it’s high season. The location is great to walk from the train station and into the old city. The breakfast buffet for 13,9€ was outstanding, except for the coffee. The girl at the reception was very nice and friendly. The lobby is well decorated for the season.

This Hotel was a short walking distance from the Historic part of Strasbourg. A tram line ran in front of the Hotel to provide access to the entire city. There were restaurants close by. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary! So much fresh food to choose from! The room was a nice size. Everything in the room was clean. I was very happy with this accommodation.

I like this hotel because of location and easy access. You don't need to drive through old town, but it's within 15 mins walk. Room was clean, bed - quite comfy. Personnel is helpful and quick. Good stay overall. For some reason you can't reserve a parking and we did not get a spot at arrival. We parked in the underground garage just on the opposite side of the street and it was even better.

Location close to le petit france is incredible. Staff were always so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good value. 10 minute walk from main railway station Location is so good and at a really decent price. Bed was super comfortable also.

The bed and room were lovely, the man who checked me in friendly and the the women at the desk when I checked out, the staff at the restaurant were lovely, the breakfast was top-notch, very nice products and offerings. It was a lovely urban hotel and also there is a nearby convenience store called Epicerie that was open late and had friendly staff as well.

The place is very well placed for those who want to visit the city, close the buses, and tram stations. The breakfast was very good, The rooms small, but we did not plan to move there, it was ok for sleeping

Reception staff very good, welcoming and spoke good English. Room was compact but quiet, and the hotel's location is excellent. In reviews we saw lots of people complaining about the size of the bathroom. It is compact, but this is a budget hotel in the centre of a city!

The room was small but had everything you needed. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is very good, central and within easy walking distance to Petite France with plenty of restaurants. It would be well-suite for couples who intend to be out all day and only need a room to shower and sleep in. The staff were also very nice.
